Lavrova's Method

The lead character of the story Ekaterina Lavrova is a daughter of a high-ranking police officer. She graduated with honors from the Law Enforcement Academy and worked in the Criminal Investigation Department for several years. Despite her young age, she earned a stellar reputation and the respect of her colleagues. Her extraordinary method of solving crimes helped the police to close many mysterious and complicated cases. However, at some point of her career, Katya decides to leave the Department and starts teaching. The head of Law Enforcement Academy offers her a job at the Academy to teach a group of cadets. Katya and her students successfully assist the police in solving crimes. Unlike other detective dramas that depict high-tech methods of crime investigation, the "Lavrova’s method" shows us how the criminal cases are solved through logic, the notion of psychology and criminal profiling.
